FAQ

I am concerned that I may not be able to keep pace with the other students. What happens if I fall behind?

Firstly, we take time to understand your current understandings and needs - so that which training course you attend is the right one for you.

Furthermore, all classes at Piskie IT are limited to a maximum of 10, so that we can provide individual attention to your needs - taking time to address your questions (and it is true that no question is silly). Finally, we provide you with extensive training notes and CD on completion.

Consequently, we ensure that you do not fall behind. We take pride in the quality of training we provide – and firmly believe that it’s the educators role to ensure student understand what is being taught.

Why is each course delivered over a day, rather than over a number of consecutive lessons and weeks?

Firstly, this format has been proven to deliver a far better learning experience for the student. When a training course is delivered over a number of weeks, the majority of students have forgotten the previous lessons learning’s needed as a foundation for the next set of learnings.

Secondly, feedback from our clients and businesses clearly indicated that it is more convenient, with today’s hectic family schedules, to attend a day’s course rather than make a commitment over a number of weeks

I am business owner who recognises that improved IT training and integration of business systems can deliver vastly improved efficiencies and productivity but am unsure what we may require.
